CA - SHIFT LEAD

Essential Functions: High school diploma or GED1-2 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment Basic personal computer literacy Prepare food menu items with the upmost respect for food safety Lead a shift of team members with professionalism Team player Must be at least 18 years old Must pass background check criteria Must have reliable transportation Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills Solving customer complaints quickly and with a smile Providing feedback to restaurant team members in a positive manner Following cash, security, inventory and labor policies and procedures Reading and understanding reports and responding appropriately to solve problems Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves and lift and carry out trash containers and place in an outside bin Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, ancestry, color, national origin, age, gender identity or expression, genetic information, marital status, medical condition, disability, protected veteran status, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws.
