Registered NurseWe are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Nurse Family Partnership team. This is an opportunity to work in a flexible, challenging and rewarding environment. Responsibilities include delivery of the Nurse Family Partnership program through home visitation for low-income, first-time pregnant women and their families from early pregnancy up to the child's second birthday. This is a regular part-time position (30 hours/week). This position requires travel within Grand County as well neighboring counties. This position is open until filled.
