Patent Agent - AI, NLP & Software Innovation

Finnegan is seeking Patent Agents with AI/Software experience to draft and prosecute patent applications in our Dallas, TX Office. A Bachelor’s degree in EE/CE/CS is required, with an advanced CS degree preferred and USPTO registration required. Prior patent prosecution and AI/ML/Software experience are essential. Responsibilities include drafting patent applications, evaluating invention tech, writing opinions, and providing client counsel, with potential litigation support.
