Mechanical Project Manager

Structure Resources is seeking a Project Manager for a direct-hire opportunity with an established industrial contractor specializing in petroleum terminal and pipeline projects. This firm provides mechanical construction, industrial piping, structural steel installation, and related services for customers nationwide, with an emphasis on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in oil and gas construction and proven mechanical expertise. This individual will oversee project planning, coordination, and execution—ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to specifications. This opportunity offers the ability to lead complex industrial projects with an established contractor serving the petroleum infrastructure sector. What They’re Looking For At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager Oil and gas industry experience in petroleum terminals, pipelines, and/or refining Strong mechanical construction experience, including industrial piping, structural steel, concrete, and civil scopes Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and competing priorities Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively with clients, field leadership, subcontractors, and vendors Availability to work from the company’s La Porte, Indiana office
