Job Qualifications: Knowledge of required sanitation standards and safety lockout procedures, techniques for sample collection, computer knowledge to enter data, knowledge of statistical sampling plans, knowledge of quality specifications for raw materials and finished products, and quality control standards. Canning experience preferred.

Working Conditions: Incumbent may work in areas with temperatures ranging from 70 degrees F to 95 degrees F, in high humidity, and exposed to a high level of noise requiring hearing protection (> 85 dBA). Also, may work in environments with temperatures ranging from 30 degrees F to 45 degrees F, having damp and slippery floors.
