Eastern Iowa Regional Manager: Growth & Team Leadership

Responsibilities: Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work Drive sales and profit performance by providing support and expertise Supports and supervises an effective self-inspection program Understands employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees' absence Assists Managers with monitoring and maintaining the productivity level of Team Members Verifies that all team members/supervisors understand the brand specific philosophy Assists Mangers with training and developing team Creates and nurtures a property environment that emphasizes motivation, empowerment, teamwork and passion for providing service Demonstrates knowledge of the brand specific service culture Provides Exceptional Customer Service Improves service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed Provides information to Managers by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person Analyses information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems Extends professionalism and courtesy to team members and guests at all times Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs Leads local marketing initiatives and the recruitment, development and coaching of store managers. Oversee Dubuque and Bettendorf stores.

Skills and Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required 2-4 years of store manager experience 2-3 years of area manager experience preferred Ability to work under pressure Leadership, multitasking, organization, mentoring, ability to motivate others Serv Safe Certified with 60 days
