This is a hands-on, physically demanding position that requires manual labor throughout the workday. What You'll Do:
As a Driver Trainee, you'll work alongside experienced drivers in an active role that involves frequent manual handling of beverage products. You can expect to:
- Assist with product deliveries to a variety of customers
- Learn delivery routes, customer service skills, and safety procedures
- Train to earn your Class-A CDL and become a full-time Route Driver
- Perform manual labor, including loading, unloading, moving, and handling beverage products throughout a fast-paced workday

Qualifications:
- Minimum Requirements 21 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record (no DWI/OWI)
- Ability to pass: Drug screen, Criminal background check, DOT physical, Essential functions screening, MVR review
- Ability to obtain a Class-A CDL and Salesman's Permit
- Commitment to responsible alcohol handling and compliance with all laws
Physical Requirements: This is a physically demanding role. You must be able to:
- Lift up to 160 lbs from ground level
- Push/pull up to 2,100 lbs with a pallet jack
- Lift 30 lbs overhead and climb in/out of trucks repeatedly
- Perform repetitive movements including bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing stairs or ramps
