Industrial Engineer- Automotive Manufacturing

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to drive Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, process optimization, and manufacturing efficiency within a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement initiatives Conduct time studies, labor studies & takt time analysis Identify cost savings & process improvement opportunities Develop facility layouts & manufacturing plans Optimize material flow, warehouse flow & logistics Develop and approve ergonomic packaging solutions Perform DFM/DFA & manufacturability studies Develop equipment plans, automation & line balancing Troubleshoot and resolve production/process issues Support new product launches & process changes Train production and quality teams on new processes\nCompany
