Software Engineer (Elixir)

Compensation: $170K-$200K base + 10% bonus and full-time benefits

• Design and implement features across our domain-driven architecture (contexts, services, schemas)
• Build and optimize PostgreSQL queries, including work with read replicas for performance-critical paths
• Develop background job workflows using Oban and Broadway/SQS pipelines
• Integrate with external APIs and internal microservices
• Contribute to Elixir & TypeScript services and tooling across the Shared Services portfolio
• Improve search functionality using OpenSearch
• Implement caching strategies to handle high-traffic scenarios
• Write comprehensive tests and maintain high code quality standards
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team best practices
