CT Sustaining System Engineer, you will be part of the team developing cost-optimized Customer Terminal products designed for high-volume production. You will own key hardware designs and investigate hardware, component, or system defects post-launch to find root causes and prevent future failures. You will own or contribute to the following: Lead End to End (E2E) Root Cause Investigation for complex CT hardware, ASIC, or system failures from field returns and reliability stress tests. Evaluate design architectures and component selections to identify opportunities for BOM cost reduction and design simplification Perform engineering trade studies to balance product performance, requirements, cost, schedule, and customer experience Lead offshore or local engineering teams, set technical strategies, and coordinate with manufacturing and design teams Support requirement definition and develop hardware validation and test plans Support the development of automated test systems, fixtures, and factory test solutions with an emphasis on minimizing test time and cost Partner with manufacturing and supply chain teams to support component sourcing, alternate qualification, and cost reduction initiatives Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
