Intellectual property law focused law firm is seeking a registered US patent lawyer or a registered US patent agent with at least 1 year of patent application preparation and prosecution experience to fill a patent attorney or patent agent position.
Responsibilities:
· Patent application drafting and prosecution REQUIRED Qualifications:· B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Physics· At least 1 year of patent application drafting and prosecution experience· Experience drafting and prosecuting semiconductor technologies · Active, in good standing, and current patent bar registration with the USPTO· Active, in good standing, and current state bar membership in at least one state or DC (in the United States)
