Regulatory Attorney & Appellate Counsel Denver

The US Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission in Denver is seeking an Attorney-Advisor to provide legal research, draft positions, opinions, memoranda, and advisory analyses to the Review Commission across a range of subjects. The attorney will examine pleadings and records, prepare memoranda, draft decisions for the presiding ALJ, respond to inquiries, and use Westlaw to stay current with developments in OSHA and federal rulemaking.
