This role will work closely with the Superintendent, Project Manager, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily field operations and subcontractor coordination. Monitor project schedules, productivity, quality, and safety compliance. Review plans, identify potential issues, and support field problem-solving. Coordinate with project management and trade partners. Track progress and maintain accurate project documentation. Support site logistics, inspections, and project closeout.
Qualifications:
Experience in commercial or industrial construction, strong organizational and communication skills, and willingness to travel extensively. Mechanical construction experience is preferred.
