Interim CNO: Lead Patient Care & Quality

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is seeking an Interim Chief Nursing Officer to lead nursing strategy and patient care delivery across the hospital network. The CNO will shape policies, drive quality initiatives, and collaborate with executive leadership to ensure safe, efficient care. The ideal candidate has a BSN, an advanced degree or plan to obtain one, and at least five years of progressive nurse management, with licensure in placement state or multistate licensure capabilities.
