Strong background in designing and implementing fraud prevention strategies and governance frameworks
Experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional collaborations
Familiarity with banking regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act requirements
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to develop performance metrics and executive reporting
