You will handle electrical repairs, installations, upgrades, and complex troubleshooting while providing a professional customer experience. You will:• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical problems• Complete electrical repairs and installations safely and correctly• Handle work ranging from fixtures and routine repairs to panels, wiring, and more complex service calls• Explain findings, options, and recommendations clearly to homeowners• Identify electrical safety concerns and help customers understand available solutions• Deliver clean, professional workmanship and respectful in-home service• Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality• Use an iPad and field-service software to manage customer visits and job informationWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKEQuality Work - You pay attention to details, diagnose accurately, and complete work correctly the first time.
