Job DescriptionJob Description TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Service Technician with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on mechanical experience. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work. This position is responsible for performing equipment conversions, repairs, and assemblies while maintaining shop tools and calibrated equipment in accordance with established quality standards. Perform equipment conversions, repairs, and assemblies in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance with specifications. Maintain shop tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition. Calibrate and maintain equipment as required to ensure accuracy and reliability. Follow established quality control procedures and ISO 9001 requirements. Identify and resolve mechanical issues to minimize rework, defects, and production delays. Troubleshoot mechanical problems and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
