SUMMARY: Garofalo, Schreiber, Storm & Grant, Chartered (GSSG), a Chicago-based defense law firm, is seeking a part-time, or Of Counsel attorney for its subrogation, employers’ and civil liability practice. GSSG is an AV rated, progressive law firm serving the needs of employers in the State of Illinois, and their insurance carriers in workers’ compensation matters, subrogation, and employers’ liability. Job Responsibilities and Expectations:· Ability to manage subrogation, employers’ and civil liability matters;· Initial file evaluations;· Preparation of pleadings;· Preparation of written and oral discovery;· Depositions;· Trial preparation, and trial appearances.
