Employment Attorney

Key Responsibilities: Counsel employers on workplace issues involving discipline, termination, leaves of absence, wage-and-hour compliance, discrimination, accommodations, and employee relations Provide practical, business-focused guidance on federal and New Jersey employment-law matters Draft and review employment policies, employment agreements, separation agreements, and related workplace documentation Represent clients before state and local administrative agencies, as needed Assist with internal workplace investigations Develop trusted client relationships and collaborate with attorneys across related practice areas

Qualifications: Admission to practice law in New Jersey 5+ years of relevant employment-law experience, including employer counseling Strong knowledge of federal and New Jersey employment laws, with the ability to apply that knowledge in a practical, client-focused manner Employment litigation, administrative-agency, and/or workplace-investigation experience preferred Excellent judgment, writing, communication, and relationship-building skills Collaborative approach and genuine interest in delivering high-quality client service
