Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse

Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a per diem capacity. Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and document changes in health status. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans and facility protocols. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care. Educate patients and families and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
