Davidson Transit Organization, employment unit of WeGo Public Transit, is seeking a Human Resources and Labor Relations Manager in Nashville to lead HR strategy, labor relations, salary administration, and benefits programs. The role directs the HR staff, ensures compliance with laws, and partners with legal counsel on labor issues. Exempt, full-time position reporting to the Director of HR and Labor Relations.
