A leading, high-profile hospitality group based in Los Angeles is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO)to join its executive leadership team. This is aconfidential searchfor a seasoned finance professional with a proven track record in the hospitality sector.
About the Role:
As CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, driving strategic financial planning, and supporting the continued growth and innovation of the organization. This is a highly visible, on-site role based inLos Angeles, CA, requiring close collaboration with senior leadership and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Oversee accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and risk management
Partner with executive leadership to evaluate growth opportunities and capital investments
Ensure financial systems and controls are scalable and aligned with business objectives
Provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to support decision-making
Qualifications:
Minimum of 15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Deep expertise in thehospitality industry(restaurants, nightlife, hotels, or related sectors)
Strong understanding of financial modeling, capital structure, and operational finance
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams
CPA, MBA, or relevant advanced degree preferred
Location:
On-site inLos Angeles, CA(Relocation assistance may be considered for the right candidate)
