We are seeking detail-oriented Certified Pharmacy Technicians to support our long-term care pharmacy operations through prescription order entry, medication fulfillment, and communication with healthcare providers and partner communities.
Responsibilities:
- Enter prescription orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare medications and healthcare products for daily fulfillment
- Communicate with providers, nursing staff, and partnering communities regarding resident prescription needs
- Monitor medication inventory, storage, and supply levels
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner communities
- Support a collaborative, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications:
- Must meet all Tennessee Pharmacy Technician registration requirements
- Previous Pharmacy Technician experience preferred
- Long-term care pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
