Plant Operations Coordinator - Temporary (4 month placement)

Revised Responsibilities: Production Planning & Manufacturing Orders Create, release, modify, and close Manufacturing Orders (MOs). Perform weekend manufacturing order reconciliation and closure. Support production scheduling updates. Create new manufacturing orders as needed. Communicate schedule updates to plant personnel. Production Reporting Maintain daily production reporting. Review production consumption accuracy. Maintain production KPI reporting and plant boards. Generate and distribute daily and weekly production reports. Production Documentation Build and maintain daily production folders. Scan, archive, and maintain production documentation. Maintain electronic production records. Return completed production documentation for retention. Support document control activities. Preventive Maintenance Documentation Print weekly PM work orders. Enter PM completion records. Scan and archive completed PM documentation. Maintain maintenance documentation files. Quality & Food Safety Support Support pH sample collection as required. Perform pH meter verification as required. Verify production scales as required. Physical count & Material Management Reconcile production inventories. Perform weekly dry ingredient physical counts. Maintain dry ingredient inventory records. Maintain production consumable inventory levels. Administrative & Operations Support Prepare Zebra labels and production documentation as requested. Maintain production administrative supplies. Support Production Managers, Supervisors, and Leads. Perform other duties as assigned.
