JOB DESCRIPTION: Creating and negotiating mortgage loan paperwork Supervising real estate due diligence, including the examination of leases and project papers, as well as title and survey reviews Examining corporate organizational records and opinions about the legality of mortgage loans Organizing closings Collaborating with loan providersTHE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: Three years or more of transactional experience in commercial real estate finance. Outstanding writing and communication abilities. Outstanding academic qualifications. Bar admittance in Texas.
