GenAI Forward-Deployed Engineer: AI-Driven DevOps

Delan Associates, Inc. seeks a seasoned AI Engineer / Forward Deployed Engineer to design and deliver AI-powered developer productivity tools. You will build AI agents, integrate GenAI capabilities, and work with enterprise platforms to automate workflows. Requires 7+ years in software and 2+ years in GenAI/LLMs, plus hands-on experience with LangChain, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and CI/CD. Hybrid work with ~10 onsite days per month in NYC or Charlotte area.
