Senior Landman - Oil & Gas Contracts & Negotiations

PO&G Resources is seeking an experienced Landman in Houston to support land operations across multiple properties. Responsibilities include negotiating surface use agreements, handling AFEs, and interpreting leases for operations teams. The role requires coordinating with accounting, legal, and field staff and working in-office five days a week. The candidate will analyze leases, assist in acquisitions/divestitures, and ensure compliance with regulatory filings while collaborating with owner
