Loan Operations Specialist The Loan Operations Specialist performs a variety of clerical duties in conjunction with loan servicing that may include scanning and filing documents, loan boarding, processing.

Responsibilities:

Processes and boards incoming loan packages
Maintains loan files and records
Prepares various reports
Reviews documents for and reports for completeness and accuracy
Performs mathematical calculations and disbursement of escrow accounts
Provides a high level of customer service for internal and external customers
Reports issues to bank personnel, sends notifications, reports progress, quotas, collection items and updates lists

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED2 years experience in loan servicing, or knowledge and experience in 2 or more major functions in loan servicing

Preferred: Certification in insurance servicing

Skills:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word; basic keyboarding and calculator skills; must be able to do simple math and carry out written instructions
Lifting in an office setting may be required up to 30lbs.
