Associate Attorney

Requirements: 3+ years of litigation experience Previous insurance defense/general liability experience Experience handling matters such as personal injury, premises liability, products liability, or similar cases Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania

Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of general liability matters from inception through resolution Conduct legal research and develop case strategies Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and other legal documents Handle depositions, court appearances, and settlement negotiations Communicate with clients, carriers, opposing counsel, and other parties throughout the litigation process The annual salary for this position is between $125K-$170K. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
