Warehouse Automation Solutions Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver integrated automation solutions utilizing robotics, Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS), and advanced conveyor technology for large‑scale warehouse projects. Analyze operational requirements and develop scalable strategies to optimize workflow, space utilization, and throughput. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including operations, IT, and external technology suppliers, to define specifications, system architecture, and project timelines. Generate CAD layouts, process simulations, and technical documentation for proposals and implementation plans. Oversee solution implementation and commissioning, ensuring alignment with project goals, safety standards, and budget targets. Evaluate emerging automation technologies and tools to deliver continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile: Minimum 5 years’ experience in design engineering within automated warehousing, logistics, or supply chain environments. Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Strong proficiency with automation technologies: robotics, AGVs, AMRs, ASRS, conveyors, and warehouse management systems. Expertise in CAD (AutoCAD, Solid Works, or equivalent) and simulation/modeling tools. Proven track record delivering complex automation projects from concept to operational deployment. Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with cross‑functional project teams and external suppliers.
