About the Role: Angove Partners is partnering with a high-growth insurtech platform that helps insurance carriers and MGAs automate quoting, policy administration, and claims workflows. It's an exciting time to join as the business is scaling quickly and this Product Manager will own a core part of the platform end to end, working closely with engineering, design, and customers to shape the roadmap and ship features that carriers and MGAs rely on every day.

What You'll Do:

Own the product roadmap for a core area of the platform (e.g. quoting, underwriting, or claims), from discovery through launch
Partner with engineering and design to translate customer and market needs into shipped features
Talk directly with carrier and MGA customers to understand workflows, pain points, and requirements
Define and track success metrics, using data to prioritize what gets built next
Write clear specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering can build against
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Compliance to ensure new features meet real customer and regulatory needs
Communicate roadmap, trade-offs, and launches clearly to both internal stakeholders and customers

What You'll Need:

3+ years' experience as a Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaSStrong ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear, well-scoped product requirements
Comfortable working directly with engineering on technical trade-offs and feasibility
Data-driven approach to prioritization and measuring product success
Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
A natural collaborator who can align Sales, Engineering, Design, and Compliance around a shared roadmap

Nice to Haves:

Experience in insurance, fintech, or another regulated industry
Familiarity with insurance workflows (quoting, underwriting, policy admin, or claims)
Experience working with carriers, MGAs, brokers, or other financial institutions
