Executive Sous Chef & Culinary Leader

City Winery seeks an Executive Sous Chef to lead culinary operations in a high-end venue environment. You will work alongside the Executive Chef to ensure top-quality food, consistent presentation, and exceptional guest experiences across dining rooms and private events. You will drive menu development, seasonal specials, and recipes while managing food and labor costs, supplier relations, and SOP adherence in a fast-paced setting.
