About the Day-to-Day: Manage laboring patients, deliveries, and postpartum care in a patient?centered LDRP model. Address GYN emergencies and perform indicated procedures. Provide supportive backup to CNMs, including occasional clinic coverage in the attached MOB. Assist in complex surgical cases alongside a Gyn Oncologist when needed. Partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high?quality, seamless care for patients and families. Practice & Facility Highlights: Annual deliveries: 700 Team composition: 1 OB Hospitalist, 4 Midwives (growing to 6) + PRN coverage, 2 part?time and 3 full?time OBGYN generalists Specialty support: Maternal-Fetal Medicine (nearby), Urogynecology, GYN Oncology, Inpatient Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
