Land Analyst

Job Description: Acquires and divests real property interests requiring budgeting, project planning, analysis, due diligence, negotiations, legal agreements, and extensive collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities: • Acquires and divests real property interests to support generation, transmission, distribution, and supporting projects.• Negotiates with property owners, business representatives, and attorneys by utilizing appraisals, legal agreements, and best practices in negotiations.
