To support the strategic review of Tanzania's Country Programming Framework, the part-time International Consultant - CPF Review will conduct a comprehensive review of CPF documentation, facilitate stakeholder consultations, and develop a strategic review report, all while working remotely for a duration of 20 days.
Key responsibilities: Conduct desk reviews and SWOT analysis to assess the current CPF outcomes and identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats Facilitate stakeholder consultations with FAO personnel, government, resource partners, and other stakeholders Develop and validate the CPF strategic review report, including analytical briefs on strategic options and priority areas for the next CPF
Required qualifications: Advanced University degree (Master's) in Agriculture, Development Studies, Public Policy, or a related field At least 10 years of relevant experience with international organizations or government institutions in program evaluation and strategic planning Experience in conducting program reviews, stakeholder consultations, and report writing related to development programs Full proficiency in English Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and consult with diverse stakeholders effectively
