Litigation Associate

Responsibilities: Handle a variety of business litigation and product liability matters Draft motions, pleadings, discovery responses, and legal memoranda Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts Attend court hearings, mediations, and case management conferences Manage discovery, including document review, analysis, and strategy Work directly with clients, insurers, and experts Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness outlines, and case strategy Research complex legal issues and collaborate with partners on case development Maintain organized case files and manage deadlines across multiple matters
