Minimum Requirements:
  • Valid Class A CDL.Valid Medical Card.
  • At least 2 years of verifiable CDL driving experience.
  • Minimum 23 years old.
  • Valid smartphone with data and ability to provide high-quality documentation/photos.
  • Reasonably clean MVR and PSP.No major violations within the last 36 months.
  • No DUI in the last 5 years.
  • Must not be prohibited in the DOT Clearinghouse.
  • Negative drug test required.
  • No recent or major convictions on criminal background check.
  • Reefer equipment must generally be 10 years old or newer.
  • Compensation & Fees:
  • Owner-Operators are compensated as independent contractors (1099). A 10% dispatch fee applies after the first 6 months.
  • Optional Trailer Rental:
  • Dry Van:10% of gross load.
  • Minimum $800.Maximum $1,300.Reefer:$1,500/month.
  • Plus reefer-hour and mileage charges as applicable.
Important: A refundable security deposit is required. Additional deductions may apply depending on equipment, insurance, permits, tolls, trailer rental and optional services.
