Construction Superintendent

Responsibilities: Ensure construction site is clean, orderly and adheres to all OSHA safety requirements. KPI- Maintain third-party audit score of 90% or greater Daily reviewing construction schedule to ensure contractor buy-in and adherence. KPI- Project schedule updates are provided to PM weekly and projects are built within timeline set by Project Manager and Director of Construction Ensure punchlist items are completed in a timely manner. KPI- All punchlist items are completed within 10 days of receiving Ensure accountability to all TDEC standards at all times. KPI- Streets clean, silt fence and all other environmental protection means are maintained with no audit violations (NOVs)Ensure Assistant Superintendents are being trained, productive and on task. KPI- Assistant builder is trained and fully capable to run the jobsite in absence of Superintendent Ensure that all site materials are being scheduled, organized and tracked on site to limit clutter, trade downtime and variances experienced from misplaced materials. KPI- Stay ahead of trades to ensure they experience no downtime in waiting for materials and ensure that no material is lost, stolen or misused. Work to solve in-field problems in a timely manner. KPI- All variances, Newstar Payments, problems and questions are resolved within 48 hours Exemplify and uphold Company values in all you do. KPI- Contractors, inspectors and coworkers can trust you to behave and respond in the right manner, no matter the circumstance.

Education: Minimum 2 year associates degree

Experience: Not required, but preferred
