National Leasing Talent Acquisition Partner

Marcus & Millichap is expanding its Leasing division nationwide and seeks an experienced recruiter to lead sourcing and pipeline development for top leasing talent. You will own day-to-day recruiting for Leasing, partner with the Senior Director on strategy, and manage screening, interviews, and offers. This hands-on role requires a national CRE brokerage background, multi-channel outreach, strong relationships with passive candidates, and the ability to travel up to 25%.
