A rapidly growing, full-service AmLaw 200 law firm is seeking talented Commercial Litigation Attorneysto join the Los Angeles team. About the Role:
We are hiring associates with 2+ years of litigation experience, with a strong preference for those on the defense side. Prior commercial litigation experience is highly valued but not required. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced setting and are eager to handle complex matters from inception through resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and related documents
- Conducting and defending depositions
- Appearing in court for hearings, arguments, and trials
- Managing multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
- Qualifications2+ yearsof litigation experience
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to take and defend depositions and handle court appearances
- Active membership in the
- California BarCompetitive compensation: $125,000 - $275,000+ (commensurate with experience)
