- We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to lead, coach, and support a team of independent sales professionals. This role focuses on helping agents develop their sales skills, reach their production goals, and build strong client relationships.
- Lead, coach, and support sales agents
- Help agents set and achieve sales and production goals
- Provide ongoing sales training and guidance
- Assist agents with sales presentations and client consultations
- Help agents develop effective prospecting and follow-up strategies
- Monitor sales activity and team performance
- Support agents through the sales and application process
- Maintain accurate records and follow regulatory requirements
- Sales or sales management experience preferred
- Ability to coach, motivate, and support sales professionals
- Strong leadership and relationship management skills
- Goal-oriented with the ability to track and improve sales performance
- Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to work remotely
