Provider Network Growth & Strategy Director

Triple-S Management Corp. in Puerto Rico is seeking a Senior Director to lead the SALUS provider network across multi-specialty clinics, urgent care centers, and the MiConsulta digital care network. You will set the network strategy, drive physician recruitment, execute contracts, credentialing, and payer enrollment, and oversee referral pathways to improve access and outcomes. The role requires a Master’s degree (or higher) in health services administration, business, or related field, and at
