Personal Injury Attorney Pre-Litigation

Duties: Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement. Develop and execute case strategy, including liability analysis and damages evaluation. Draft, review, and present demand packages to insurance carriers. Negotiate settlements directly with insurance adjusters to maximize case value. Maintain strong client relationships and provide consistent case updates. Collaborate with case managers, lien negotiators, and internal teams to drive case progression. Evaluate cases for litigation readiness and partner with litigation attorneys when necessary. Ensure cases are handled efficiently and in accordance with Nevada laws and procedures.

Requirements: Active license to practice law in Nevada. 0-5 years of experience in personal injury or related litigation. Experience in plaintiff-side personal injury preferred; candidates with defense backgrounds considered. Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload. Strong negotiation skills and ability to evaluate liability, damages, and case value. Understanding of insurance claims practices and settlement negotiations. Excellent client communication and relationship management skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
