Manufacturing L&D Leader: SOPs & Training

Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Learning and Development Leader for our lumber mill in Frisco City, AL. The role focuses on developing SOPs and training materials to improve processes while maintaining strong safety standards. You will lead employee engagement, PBM training, and supervisor development, reporting to the Plant Manager with a dotted line to HR. You will collaborate with Training Leaders to benchmark best practices, track training metrics, and drive onboarding programs for new hires.
