Requirements:
Clear and natural speaking voice. Good pronunciation, diction, and fluency in the required language. Ability to sound conversational rather than like reading from a script. Comfortable expressing basic emotions and tones such as friendly, helpful, professional, and empathetic. Previous experience in voice-over, customer service, sales, theatre, podcasting, or similar work is a plus, but not mandatory. Access to a quiet recording environment and a good-quality smartphone or microphone. Basic ability to record and upload audio files.
