Custom Closet Installer

Responsibilities: Install custom closets, home offices, pantries, mudrooms, and other built-in storage systems. Take accurate field measurements and verify dimensions before installation. Review plans and ensure all required materials and hardware are accounted for. Safely load, transport, unload, and organize materials at job sites. Perform professional, detail-oriented installations with a high standard of workmanship. Communicate professionally with customers and address questions or concerns during installation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Identify and communicate any measurement, material, or installation issues promptly.

Qualifications: 2+ years of custom closet, cabinetry, millwork, finish carpentry, or similar installation experience preferred. Strong measuring and problem-solving skills. Ability to read installation plans and follow specifications. Comfortable handling and transporting materials. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Professional appearance and customer-service skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Valid driver's license preferred.
