REMOTE: CA-Barred Junior Associate Attorney

Key Responsibilities: Support senior attorneys with various aspects of civil litigation, including conducting legal research, drafting motions, preparing pleadings, and assisting in discovery. Participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations as appropriate. Collaborate with team members to formulate case strategies and provide comprehensive legal support. Maintain clear communication with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues to ensure effective case handling.

Qualifications: Must be a recently barred attorney in California, in good standing with the California State Bar.0–2 years of experience in civil litigation (internships, externships, or clerkships with exposure to litigation are highly valued).Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Proficiency with legal technology, such as case management software, eDiscovery tools, and standard office applications (MS Office Suite).
