Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of autonomous capabilities for heavy construction equipment
- Architect high-level planners for new construction tasks
- Mentor and guide multidisciplinary engineering teams through technical design reviews and implementation
- Collaborate closely with hardware, software, and operations teams to integrate robotic systems into the field
- Improve reliability, safety, and performance of deployed autonomous systems
- Own technical road maps and help shape long-term product strategy
Qualifications:
