Structured Finance Associate

Duties: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation. Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and contracts. Assist in managing complex cases from inception to resolution. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative strategies. Participate in high-level legal activities such as trials and negotiations. Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations. Engage in professional development opportunities. Contribute to firm programs and community involvement.

Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in a law firm. Experience in commercial real estate finance, CMBS, or structured finance preferred. AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred but not required. Education JD degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications: Admitted to practice in the state of Virginia. Skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and good professional judgment. Ability to work collaboratively and independently. Strong organizational and management skills.
