CNC Programmer

Aegis is seeking a CNC Programmer to join our client's organization. The ideal candidate has the following skills and experience: 3-4+ years of CNC programming experience. Experience programming directly at the machine using G-code and M-code. Experience with both CNC lathes and CNC mills. Experience with Haas and Mazak equipment (OmniTurn experience is a plus). Strong setup and troubleshooting abilities. Comfortable working in a production environment and supporting machine operators. Willingness to learn new equipment and manufacturing processes. Nice-to-HaveExperience with CAM software (although programming is currently done at the machine). Interest in custom machinery or machine building. Leadership potential and desire to grow into managing the CNC machining department.
